Refund policy
I want you to love your No Sleep Society cap like you loved a sleep in (emphasis on the loved). If you don't, reach out to me at nosleepsocietynz@gmail.com so I can put it right.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact me (Haylee) at nosleepsocietynz@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that unless there's a quality fault or order issue, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by you. I suggest using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches me safely.
If your return is accepted, I’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at nosleepsocietynz@gmail.com
